Tanguy, french teacher STRASBOURG

My name is Tanguy and I’m a native French teacher based in Strasbourg. I was born near Paris and grew up in more than 12 cities throughout France.

› EDUCATION

I completed my BA in linguistics at the University of Toulouse, France, and the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Subsequently, I specialised in linguistics and phonetics with an MA from the University of Toulouse, France.

My academic work has involved both theoretical and practical aspects of linguistics. I have developed scientific corpora and conducted analyses of British English accents and French language varieties, contributing to our understanding of linguistic diversity.

› EXPERIENCE

I have taught French linguistics and translation (English to French) at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom to undergraduate and postgraduate students. 

Since 2019, I have provided private French lessons in Paris, London, and Saint Barth. My clientele includes CEOs, executives, philanthropists, diplomats, and their families.
